Dr. Edward Bach was a British physician, scientist, immunologist, and homeopath who dedicated his life to searching for a simple, non-toxic remedy.
He recognized the close connection between a person’s emotional, mental, and spiritual state and their physical condition.
The treatment method he developed using flower energy (now known as “Bach Flowers”) is simple, gentle, and incredibly effective. It is based on 38 energetic extracts from wild flowers, trees, and various plants, each of which provides a response to the energy balance of different emotional-mental patterns that characterize all humans. Bach divided the 38 extracts into 7 groups, each group intended to treat a different type of weakness that may cause physical, emotional, or mental difficulty.
The healing powers are found within the soul, and the extracts help them to be released and made available.
The cards were created with the understanding that, like the extracts, so too are the frequencies themselves. Their, bring the unbalanced patterns to awareness, and by balancing them – we experience relief and inner well-being.
The moment I choose a card, two things happen simultaneously:
The card representing healing brings to awareness my current place in relation to the situation, the difficulty.
The card makes it clear to me where I aspire to go, what solution I seek for my difficulty.
The Inside Cards were created about two years ago, and more than 2000 sets have already been sold in Israel and around the world. The cards have been sent to more than 20 countries around the world and I receive exciting feedback every day.
They are translated into English and French and will soon be translated into another language.
I imagined the cards when I was learning Bach flowers. My connection to the method was so strong that I felt there had to be another way to spread the deep wisdom of the flowers. Through the Inwardness cards, you can look inward, at our patterns, at the places where we are stuck or experiencing difficulty, and begin to see the path to change and healing.
Working with the cards provides us with
a bypass of defense mechanisms and work on the unconscious in a protected and non-threatening space
the ability to observe internal processes from a distance
the ability to illuminate parts of ourselves that seek light
a therapeutic process in cases where the conversation gets stuck
self-expression for those who have difficulty with this
an immediate connection, not always verbal, at the beginning of a meeting or acquaintance

Using cards in the clinic
Cards are a projective tool, using the language of imagination and creativity and creating a protected and non-threatening therapeutic space. They allow for “indirect” inner work, so that the patient touches his soul in protected ways, and manages to raise deep and hidden emotions.
Engaging in mental processes using projective tools raises the unconscious to the conscious, brings understanding, awareness and meaning and promotes growth and healing, and relief of distress.
In treatment using Bach flowers, the patient chooses the cards and can thus direct the therapist to the essences he needs, although the process should be supported by a deeper conversation.
Using cards in circles and groups
Working with cards allows for an immediate, and not always verbal, connection to the dynamics and energy of a group, a powerful experience of joint observation of a card and its verbal processing. The work also helps people who have difficulty expressing themselves to touch painful places and reach situations where emotion is available and can be expressed.
Personal Use of Cards
You can choose a card at the beginning of each day or week, and be intentional about the message that the card carries all day or all week.
When a dilemma arises or when there is a need for reinforcement and clarity, you can pull out a card. The message and illustration on the card can direct your attention and thought to a new perspective, which may also lead to relief, a solution or healing.
You can use the cards in two ways:
Faced cards: The cards are placed with the illustration and message facing up, and you choose the card you connect with.
Hidden cards: The cards are placed with the illustration and message facing down and hidden from view, and you choose the card intuitively.
Suzy, wife of Moti and mother of Alma, Omani and Gome.
Creates, sculpts, paints, treats with Bach flowers and the Albaum method, leads circles and groups and above all looks inward, listening to myself and those around me. Has been learning and developing for many years.
I created the cards out of a strong passion, they seemed to have come my way and now it is their time to go out and spread out into the world.
I feel that this is my gift to the world at this moment.
The cards were illustrated with precision and sensitivity by Orian Shavit – an illustrator with divine grace.
I am grateful for meeting her, which made possible the realization of the Inwardness cards.
